I missed the order deadline. How can I still order?
Your child will receive a slip of paper with an access code to place an order
online. Hold onto the access code as it will stay the same from year to year if
your child is in the same district.
You can mail your order form to our studio at:

If you are in the Fargo-Moorhead area, you can drop your order form off at our studio.
Studio hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
I don’t have an order form. How can I get one?
-Check with the school office to see if they have extras.
-Look and see if the preorder code is still open to order online.
-Email us at customerservice@scherlingphotography.com to have a copy sent to you. Let us know what school your child attends.
-If you are in the Fargo-Moorhead area, you can stop by and pick one up.
I have not received my order yet.
-Have you checked with your teacher or the school office?
-Do you have an online receipt, or has your check been cashed?
-If your order form was turned in after picture day your order may be delayed.
Retouching charge.
Our basic retouching includes fixing acne. Any other requests will be an additional charge.
My child’s name was spelled wrong on their pictures. How can this be fixed?
Please send an email to customerservice@scherlingphotography.com with the correct spelling, their school, grade, and teacher. We will have them corrected and reprinted. If they are sports photos, make sure to include the sport.
I preordered my child’s picture online. Do I need to bring anything on picture day?
No, but if you want to send something with your child, you can either print your receipt or mark on your envelope that you paid online. You don’t need to fill out the envelope.
My student needs a retake. What do I need to do?
-If your student previously ordered pictures, they will need to return them on the day of retakes. We will print the same packages you originally ordered with the new picture at no charge. We will not process your order until we receive the original pictures.
-If this is the first time your student is taking a picture, have them bring their order envelope to purchase photos.
I preordered my child’s pictures, and they missed the original picture day. What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything. Your child will have their picture taken on their school’s retake day then we will print your order.
I have multiple children. Can I write one check for all of their orders?
No, we would like every envelope to include a payment to ensure we can correctly process your orders.
My child came home and said you had them take off their glasses for their picture?
To remove the glare from your student’s glasses, we may have had them remove their glasses for an additional picture. Their glasses will be on the prints you receive.
I ordered an image download and haven’t received it yet?
Image downloads do not come electronically. Your child will receive a slip of paper with download instructions.
I ordered a class composite. When will I receive it?
You will receive your class composites in the spring.
I missed the deadline. Can I still order a yearbook?
Check with your school to see if they have any copies available to purchase.
How do I get a new id badge?
Contact your school office to have a new badge printed.
